Born in Ibaraki prefecture in 1918.

Joined the Ministry of Communications (Tokyo Ministry of Communications, Tokyo Construction Bureau, later Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation, now NTT) in 1945.

Joined the Aviation Correspondence Education Corps in 1945. After participating in Operation Imphal, the war will end.

Demobilized in 1946 and worked for Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation until he retired in 1975.
During this time, he worked on the development of an AC magnetic therapy device independently for families fighting illness.
Established Soken Co., Ltd. in 1982 after the birth of "Electromagnetic Therapy Device Soken = Magnetic Shower", which was approved as a medical device.
